Real Betis was going through a very good period, until the previous matchday. They had gone 7 LaLiga matches without tasting defeat (6 consecutive wins and 1 draw). And in Europe, in the Conference League, they are in the quarter-finals. However, in the last matchday, at the Benito Villamarin, against Villarreal, they suffered a hard blow with a 1-2 defeat.
