Isi Palazón had to leave the field injured twelve minutes into the match against Villarreal at the Vallecas Stadium, after an unfortunate incident where he stepped awkwardly, felt pain, and couldn't recover after attempting to continue helping his team. He was replaced by Adri Embarba.
