IMANOL ALGUACIL RESTS SEVERAL KEY PLAYERS AHEAD OF THIS WEEKEND'S MATCH AGAINST REAL BETIS

Real Sociedad faced Football Club Midtjylland managed by Thomas Thomasberg this Thursday evening at the MCH Arena, in the first leg of the UEFA Europa League playoffs, fielding a lineup with many changes consisting of: Marrero in goal; Aramburu, Aritz Elustondo, Pacheco, Balda in defense; Pablo Marín, Olasagasti, Brais Méndez in midfield; and Ander Barrenetxea, Óskarsson, and Take Kubo up front. 

Looking ahead to this weekend's match, the txuri urdin team will face Real Betis managed by Manuel Pellegrini at the Estadio Benito Villamarín, a game in which, barring surprises, Imanol Alguacil could field almost his full-strength starting eleven. 

For the match in round 24, the expected lineup is as follows: Remiro; Javi López, Aguerd, Zubeldia, Aramburu / Aritz; Zubimendi, Sucic, Brais Méndez; Sergio Gómez, Oyarzabal, and Take Kubo/Becker.

The only doubts regarding the txuri urdin starting eleven may involve: Zubeldia (nursing some discomfort) and Aramburu (Elustondo may be deployed as a right-back).

In the cases of Take Kubo and Brais Méndez, it will be necessary to monitor their playing time in today's match, but it should be noted that they rested in the match against Espanyol.
