Ángel Ortiz joined the Real Betis Balompié youth academy in the summer of 2017 to join the ranks of the Infantil A team. Season after season, he has been growing as a footballer and revealing himself as a promising winger. Despite his young age, he has been crowned champion of Group 4 of the Honor Division Youth League twice and reached a final of the Champions Cup. The Almendralejo native is a regular in the Spanish national youth teams (under-18 and under-19).
