Getafe's striker, Borja Mayoral, didn't participate in the match last Saturday night at the Coliseum Stadium, corresponding to round 20 of the league championship. The reason was some knee discomfort that arose during Saturday morning. After consulting with the medical staff and the Getafe coach, it was decided that he would not take part in the match.

Jose Bordalás confirmed: "Regarding Mayoral... I spoke to him before the match and *he mentioned that he had knee discomfort and today he was not feeling completely well to play*. That's what happened," Bordalás explained in the post-match press conference.
