Barcelona continues to face economic difficulties that limit its ability to make big signings for now. However, the Sports Direction is still working intensively on future planning. One of the positions that the Catalan club wants to reinforce is that of the right-back, and one of the names they are considering is Andrei Ratiu, player of Rayo Vallecano.
