These have been the pairings of the second round of the Copa del Rey
The draw for the second round of the Copa del Rey took place today at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas. The matches in this phase will be played between 3rd and 5th of December, with single-leg ties that will take place at the grounds of the team ranked of lower category, or if both are of the same category, at the stadium of the club that comes out first in the draw.
Deportivo de La Coruña will make its debut in this round, having been exempt from the previous one due to its title in the Primera RFEF. The teams from the Spanish Super Cup, such as Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Athletic Club, and RCD Mallorca, have not yet participated in this stage of the tournament.
