The Competition Committee has accepted the appeals presented by Villarreal and has decided to withdraw the yellow card that Dani Parejo received in the last match against Osasuna, which was his fifth and carried a suspension.

The midfielder had been penalized for card accumulation after receiving his fifth warning last Sunday in the draw (2-2) against C.A. Osasuna, which would have made him unavailable for the next match. However, following Competition's response, Parejo will remain with four cautions and will be able to play next Sunday at the Estadio de la Cerámica against Girona coached by Míchel, a match corresponding to matchday 15 of the league championship.

Therefore, Marcelino will be able to rely on one of the key pieces for his formation and will not have to look for a replacement for him for this matchday.
