Setback for Carles Aleñá. The player from Mataró, who is not enjoying all the minutes he would like this season, was left out of the squad yesterday after Bordalás stated hours earlier that he counted on the entire squad except Borja Mayoral. Upon hearing the news, doubts arose about whether his absence was due to a technical decision or some physical issue.  

Finally, it was confirmed that Carles Aleñá has a tear in the rectus and will be out for between ten and fifteen days. He missed the game on Friday against Real Valladolid and will not be available against Manises or Real Madrid. If his recovery progresses favorably, Bordalás could count on him for December 9, when Espanyol visits the Coliseum.
