Iñigo and Cubarsi are having a truly outstanding start to the season. However, they have barely rotated, and the accumulation of minutes is starting to take its toll. That's why Hansi Flick is eagerly awaiting Ronald Araujo's return. The Uruguayan center-back, who suffered a serious hamstring injury during the Copa America with his national team, is in the final stage of his recovery.  

Ronald is working intensively at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper. For a couple of weeks now, he's been running on the grass at Barça's training center, after surpassing the physiotherapy stage (which is ongoing but with a different focus), disusing crutches, and strength exercises at the gym.  

Although initially some sources indicated that, with luck, he could return to playing before the end of the year, the latest forecasts are encouraging. The club even shared a video this Friday of the player training at a high pace on the Joan Gamper field. The truth is, he's speeding up the timelines and showing very positive signs.
