Concern at Real Sociedad, where alarms have been raised after the injury suffered by Martín Zubimendi while playing for the Spanish National Team in a UEFA Nations League match against Denmark. The midfielder felt discomfort in the thigh of his right leg during the second half of the match and was unable to continue on the field. Zubimendi left the field showing signs of concern.  

The player, who started as a starter in the clash between Spain and Denmark, had to leave the match after collapsing on the field in the second half. Everything happened around the 68th minute, when the Real Sociedad midfielder felt pain in his right thigh.  

Zubimendi, visibly affected, pointed to the affected area while on the ground. To avoid worsening the situation, he was substituted by Marc Casadó in the 71st minute. For now, the exact extent of the injury is unknown, as the player will undergo medical tests to determine the severity of the problem.
